If you experience any of the following you may be eligible to request a refund.
- You receive the wrong product.
- If you don't want the product you ordered you must return it, at your expense, in unused / unmarked condition with all original packaging included. There will be a restocking fee. I recommend your return shipping should include tracking or signature of delivery. In the event we do not receive it (you will be responsible for chasing this up with whoever you shipped with.More details on return form above .
No Refunds Given If:
- Factors within your control are responsible for your order not to arrive (for example providing the wrong or incomplete shipping address in which case you may be charged an additional shipping fee).
- You do not receive your order due to exceptional circumstance we have not control over (eg not clearing customs or natural disasters etc).
- Other circumstances outside our control.
- Products are marked in any way or do not have the full packaging included in the return.
